Running has always been something that I would love when I was in shape enough to do it, but hated it when I wasn’t. Playing soccer for most of my life running became like second nature, but as soccer dwindled into my past as did the running. I began to miss it of course, and so with the desire to start running 5K events I have decided to start running again! I have been running for a little while now, but I want to continue my training to a higher level in order to progress towards my goal by summer! Although I can run already I decided that the best track to take would be starting off small. I bought the Couch 2 5k app for my phone due to the fact that I heard some amazing things about it. I want to get the full benefit of starting at the starting point of the process. I feel as though it will be more gratifying in the end for myself. Starting tomorrow I will be beginning my training! Keeping track of my progress, of course, for everyone to follow!
